The Hudson Valley Justice Center (“HVJC”) is pleased to announce the expansion of our Eviction Prevention Project!  This expansion was made possible by a generous grant from the Westchester Community Foundation, a division of The New York Community Foundation. HVJC will hire a new staff attorney to provide legal representation to undocumented immigrants facing eviction due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  HVJC’s Eviction Prevention Project seeks to ensure that vulnerable people understand their rights as tenants and have access to the legal help they deserve.  To learn more about the new position or to apply, please click on the following link: HVJC Staff Attorney-Housing Temporary
