The Hudson Valley Justice Center (“HVJC”) is pleased to announce the expansion of our Eviction Prevention Project! This expansion was made possible by a generous grant from the Westchester Community Foundation, a division of The New York Community Foundation. HVJC will hire a new staff attorney to provide legal representation to undocumented immigrants facing eviction due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. HVJC’s Eviction Prevention Project seeks to ensure that vulnerable people understand their rights as tenants and have access to the legal help they deserve.
