The Hudson Valley Justice Center is collecting gifts to benefit adults who are assisted by the Community Resource Center in Mamaroneck.
The Community Resource Center is a community-based organization that promotes the cultural, educational and professional integration of immigrants to the already established larger community and to advocate for those in need.
HVJC is collecting items such as toiletries, gift-sets, board games, books, winter hats, gloves and scarfs, mugs and thermoses and other gifts for adults.
The collection will last until December 17th and the gifts will be presented to those on December 18th at the resource center. We will be present with information about HVJC in hopes of expanding our services further in to the community.
We would appreciate any contribution to our drive. Collection boxes are located at our office 19 Court Street, Suite 400, White Plains, NY, at the Community Resource Center 134 Center Ave, Mamaroneck, NY, and at the Larchmont Pharmacy, 2141 Palmer Ave, Larchmont, NY 10538.
